CEO + Founder
Jortae Avee Charles is the Founder and CEO of Pilots Agency, the Creative Director and Founder of Aveeation, and the East Coast Creative Director for Advisor Magand Lead Advisors. Graduate of Parsons the New School, education in business & marketing brings over a decade of experience in the fashion industry, leading with a sharp editorial eye and a strategic approach to brand building.
Since launching Aveeation in 2017, Charles has guided the brand through defining milestones. In 2022, the Shein X Aveeation collaboration ranked Top 10 and Top 20 in best‑selling women’s co‑ords for SS23, supported by local features on Fox News, CBS and NBC. Aveeation was later named one of Flying Solo’s “Ones to Watch” at NYFW, marking its official entry into contemporary fashion. The brand’s collections have been featured in Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, British Vouge, Fashion Week Online and more.
Beyond fashion, Charles has led creative projects across the beauty industry, content development with brands such as Smashbox, Estée Lauder, Philadelphia Row Home Mag and additional partners within the beauty and lifestyle space. Her work continues to shape modern culture through a blend of visual storytelling, strategic partnerships, and contemporary design.

Under the leadership of Editor‑in‑Chief AK Brown, widely known as The Fashion Connector, Advisor. Taylor “Genius” Mosley is the CEO and Founder of Everything Taylored Made and a partner at The Gallery PHL, a Philadelphia‑based media house and creative hub supporting Aveeation and a growing roster of emerging creatives. Known for his sharp visual direction and production expertise, Mosley has built a reputation for crafting culturally resonant imagery across fashion, beauty, music, and editorial storytelling.
Mosley’s work has appeared in British Vogue, Snipes, The CW, Ebin New York, and more, reflecting his ability to move seamlessly between commercial campaigns and high‑impact editorial visuals. His creative portfolio spans photography, videography, and brand direction, and he has collaborated with Grammy‑nominated artists, shaping visuals that amplify both emerging and established talent.
As a partner of The Gallery PHL, Mosley plays a central role in attracting celebrity guests, high‑profile clientele, and industry collaborators to the media house. The Gallery PHL has become a safe haven for emerging photographers, videographers, and multidisciplinary creatives, offering space, mentorship, and opportunities for artists to build their portfolios and gain visibility within Philadelphia’s creative ecosystem.

The Aveeator is the leading face and creative force behind Aveeation’s annual “We Are The Trends” campaign—an initiative recognized by Fashion Week Online for its trailblazing approach to spotlighting emerging talent and redefining contemporary fashion culture. As the campaign’s central figure, The Aveeator embodies the brand’s mission to challenge norms, elevate new voices, and set the tone for the next wave of creative innovation.
Beyond the campaign, The Aveeator serves as the educational bridge between the Aveeation fashion label and Pilots Agency’s marketing division.
